Almost done with removing the existing concrete floor in the barn.

It’s no wonder that the floor was so crappy – it was about 2 1/2″ thick and was poured directly onto dirt. For the most part removal was straightforward, but near the gutters and foundation it was thicker and filled with rocks.

All that is left is removing the pieces broken from the pour that had filled the gutters. I plan on going to Tractor Supply tomorrow to get a hand truck to cart out those chunks, with probably weigh 100 pound each.
