Kindergarten Sing-along

Tuesday morning, the elementary classes performed their first-ever sing-along. It was a fantastic show, beginning with some choreographed plastic plate rhythm work. Here, you see the big finale…

Winter Funderland

Taking advantage of winter, now that it’s here, we had a full day of wintertime activities. Sledding, snowmen, forts – you name it! And shoveling snow, yes, shoveling snow.

christmas is coming

Joel and I are ready to see this crazy year come to a close. 2008 has been super stressful and we had thought that to top it all off we’d be moving right before Christmas and we’d probably not be able to have a Christmas tree. You can’t really put one up and decorate it and then take it all down and strap it to the car again and redecorate it. It would probably lose all the needles on the drive.

But you can see we did go tree chopping. Our closings got pushed back to after Christmas so we dashed over to Maple Row Tree Farm in Easton, CT, our usual place.
