Suzy and Joel and Owen and Evie

Owen has been asking for a bike with pedals because he has been using a wooden running bike. Over the summer he got really interested in using the wooden bike instead of the tricycle and got really good at riding it. By the beginning of fall he was going fast down hills, making tight turns, and staying upright at low speeds. He really knew how to ride a bike. So despite the November weather we gave him a new “real” bike for his birthday. It’s especially nice for Owen because it almost looks like a Dinoco bike (like in the Cars movie).And sure enough we were right he did know how to ride it. It’s a bit large so he needs some help getting started, but he’s looking good on his first ride!
