Suzy and Joel and Owen and Evie

This weekend there was a 4-H fair at Muscoot Farm. Muscoot, once a gentleman’s farm, is now a county park and school groups from all over Westchester come to see the animals and wander through the barns. The 4-H fair drew lots of families since it was great weather and there were lots of activities from a crafts tent with spin art and bookmark making to a cakewalk and face painting. We opted fo the hay ride since Owen was still a bit young for the other stuff.The ride took a tour of the back fields and was a dusty bumpy time, but Owen had a good view of the tractor and I think he enjoyed it. He had on his sunglasses to help keep the dust out of his eyes and at times I think he was being rocked to sleep.On the way home we stopped off at King Kone for soft-serve. Owen and I shared a bowl of chocolate and Joel had a twist cone.
